For families and caregivers

A focused consultation when a child’s progress has stalled and the family needs help organizing the next steps.

This service is educational or consultative in nature unless a separate clinical service agreement is appropriate and legally permitted in the client’s location.

Professional Team Case Conference

For physicians, BCBAs, therapists, schools, and care teams

A structured case review that helps a professional team clarify its formulation, priorities, and coordinated plan.

May include

Referral question and records review Consultation with the treating team Integrated discussion of regulation, communication, behavior, and learning Written recommendations and priority sequence Role clarification across team members Follow-up meeting after implementation

The local treating professionals remain responsible for diagnosis, direct care, implementation, emergency planning, and compliance with local requirements.

Progress Reset Intensive

For complex or longstanding cases

A time-limited sequence that allows the team to review, implement, observe the response, and refine the plan.

May include

This package is appropriate when a one-time consultation is unlikely to answer the full question, but an ongoing open-ended relationship is not necessary.
